Goodfellas suffers set back in application to take Irish News review case to the House of Lords

It’s too complicated to re-explain. Suffice to say that

“... three High Court judges refused [Ciaran] Mr Convery's [Goodfellas] application to take his case to the Lords. Mr Convery still has the right to petition the Lords directly.” (BBC News)

No sign of any action against Giles Coren who wrote up a corker of a review in order about Goodfellas in order to illustrate the freedoms the appeal judgement offered.
