Belfast Courts: leaking?

Couldn’t help but take this puerile, school-boy picture the other lunchtime.

They’re doing a lot of work in front of the Belfast Law Library and courts complex: pedestrianising the road, adding grass verges, and a chicane through the middle to allow buses to shortcut from Chichester Street down to Oxford Street,

It does look good, though I don't really understand how it has taken them nine months to resurface a road. And there are those odd 'rotten teeth' which are scattered about the pavement and grass, which presumably will be used mainly by lawyers consulting with clients in the decent weather.

I didn't realise there was space for the buses. That will take the bucolic edge off it rather.
